Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in ATS/recruiting system administration, HR technology, or HRIS operations. Paylocity is a plus.
- Strong experience with end-to-end recruiting workflows, including requisition management, ATS usage, and HRIS integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate problems, troubleshoot proactively, and own system outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with platforms like Lever, Greenhouse, Workday, iCIMS, or comparable systems.
- Familiarity with data governance, security practices, and compliance in a recruiting/HR context.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Trusted to handle sensitive and confidential data with care and consistency.
- Experience supporting multi-entity organizations or shared services teams is a plus
Note:
- Must be willing to work on the graveyard shift
- Must be willing to work onsite for the first 2 months (Tuesday-Friday onsite, Monday work from home) at 15 Poinsettia, E. Rodriguez Quezon City
- After 2 months, the set-up would be hybrid (2x a week onsite)
Primary Task
- Own the full recruiting systems lifecycle from requisition approval, through ATS workflows, to HRIS onboarding integrations.
- Manage and maintain all recruiting-related systems (ATS, HRIS connections, background checks, onboarding platforms, etc.).
- Ensure data flows and integrations are secure, automated, and function correctly across all systems.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues before they impact users.
- Own user access controls, permissions, and system security protocols; conduct routine audits.
- Deliver accurate, timely recruiting reports and dashboards, identifying trends and inconsistencies early.
- Act as first-line support for system troubleshooting and issue resolution, escalating only when needed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to align tools with real recruiting needs.
- Continuously document processes, updates, and training guides, and conduct stakeholder training.
- Serve as a process guardian, ensuring workflows are designed for speed, accuracy, and compliance.
