Qualifications

4 years of experience in Occupational Safety & Health.

Completed 40-hour Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) training.
Additional 80 hours advanced/specialized OSH training relevant to the industry.
Certified / Accredited OSH Practitioner recognized by DOLE.

Primary Task

Develop, implement, and continuously improve Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) programs, including HIRAC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Control) and JHA (Job Hazard Analysis)
Provide expert advice and consultancy on OSH systems, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Lead and manage safety operations for high-risk and multi-site environments
Conduct toolbox meetings, safety orientations, inspections, and compliance monitoring to ensure adherence to safety policies and legal standards
Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective and preventive actions
Review, design, and enhance company-wide safety policies and large-scale safety programs
Act as the primary safety authority during audits, compliance reviews, and major incident responses
Collaborate with management and safety teams to drive a strong safety culture across the organization
Mentor, supervise, and provide guidance to SO3s and other safety officers
