Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of financial statements and business finance fundamentals
- Ability to accurately analyze P&Ls and perform EBITDA calculations
- Comfortable working in Excel; advanced modeling experience not required
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable asking clarifying questions
- Willingness to learn M&A concepts through hands-on training
- Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/7th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor
- A stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download
- Back-up power/internet is required
Primary Tasks
Financial Analysis & Valuation Support
- Review client profit & loss statements and normalize earnings
- Calculate EBITDA, EBIT, net income, and identify appropriate add-backs
- Assist with valuation assessments using internal frameworks and tools
- Ensure financial analyses are accurate, clear, and client-ready
Deal Math & LOI Interpretation
- Analyze Letters of Intent (LOIs) from a financial perspective
- Model transaction outcomes, including:
- Purchase price calculations
- Earn-outs and contingent consideration
- Timing and payout scenarios
- Support senior advisors by translating complex deal language into clear financial outcome
Financial Due Diligence Support
- Respond to buyer financial information requests prior to Quality of Earnings (QoE)
- Organize and prepare financial materials for diligence review
- Coordinate internally to ensure financial data is complete and consistent
Documentation & Internal Support
- Assist with preparation of financial exhibits for CIMs and presentations
- Maintain internal spreadsheets and valuation tools (training provided)
- Collaborate with advisors, analysts, and interns to ensure smooth deal flow

- Competitive pay is at 45,000 gross + 13th Month pay
- 48,000 salary upon regularization
