Qualifications
- At least three (3) years of Technical support experience
- Has an extensive background in Web Development
- Knowledge with WordPress, Square Space, Wix
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent and Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Previous experience in appointment setting or related roles would be advantageous
- Willing to work graveyard and can start training immediately
- Home office setup meeting specified requirements (conducive workstation)
- Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher/10th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 12GB - 16GB ram, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor
- Reliable and high-speed internet connection with contingency measures (25 mbps and up)
- Availability of a personal savings account for payroll processing
